Had a flight to Budapest booked for December 26th, Delta apparently isn't running my flight on December 26th, they've moved me to JFK-BUD on December 25th. I'm not intending to travel on Christmas Day due to family obligations.

I know I have to call SMS anyway on this one, but before I do, any thoughts as to whether I can get a refund on a "non refundable" ticket considering the change is a full day? Budapest was just a mileage run/vacation trip, there are several other European cities that would serve the same purposes. Any thoughts on what options Delta might give me, or am I stuck with a ticket I can't use?
