Maybe this is being picky in the big scheme of things, but why do they charge this fee when there is not the option of doing it oneself online?
In some parts of Europe, Airlines have a $20 booking fee even if you make a simple Coach One Sector booking yourself online....now that is something to complain about. And no exemption for Elite Status.
