Aside, the whole "I pumped gas and can't pay" problem: It's pretty much impossible to do in the state of Florida. You have to guarantee payment with a credit or debit card at the pump itself or you have to go inside and prepay, and they'll refund any money should you not use your full amount. In the last several years I've not seen a station without this policy. It started as "prepay after dark" and became "prepay only."
