I bought a pair of jabra BT620s from an Apple store a couple years ago. Comes with an adapter to make your ipod wireless. Pairs with my treo at the same time. Can be listening to ipod and if a call comes in it pauses my ipod automatically and I can answer the call. Can also change songs etc via controls built into the headset.

I have been told that they aren't exactly within regulation for use while on an aircraft...
