where/how did you send the letter in? I think its great you had a response, but the real question is whether any change will occur. Heck, this guy sounds nice and interested in what he's doing so I'll be a pessimist and guess he's fairly new. If that is the case, I wonder if he'll last after the October cuts, or iare those cuts specifically for in flight staff only.
