The non Schengen area is poor and the lounge (albeit with two sides) is exceptionally poor, an overlit box with a bowl of nuts, so I'd suggest waiting in the Schengen side. You say that the OW Emerald lounge at G33 is "exceptionally poor" and something better can be found inside the Schengen zone? If anything, the new Silver Wings is an "overlit box", period.
