Smile Need hertz 2 udpdate the date of my customer satisfaction certificate
We took a trip to Puerto Rico last summer (07) and used the car rental at the Munoz Marin airport (Hertz). We had a great week but the car was not in good condition and it was too far for us to return. We received upon our return of the vehicle a certificate for $50.00 that expired on 9/2/08. I am planning a trip to Colorado and want to use Hertz, but would like Hertz to honor/update my rental certificate if possible. I am booking a trip ASAP for the end of January. I have not traveled in over a year and would love nothing more but to have this request honored. THANK YOU!
