I don't know about the rest of you, but if I could choose who was sitting in the exit row, language would actually come a long way down my list of priorities.

I would prefer the passenger to be level-headed, physically strong, selfless and sober.

Sadly until they introduce psychometric testing as part of the seat-allocation policy, language is the easiest box to tick.
