Or public perception for those of us paid for by your taxes. On my usual route, full Y is usually 1 dollar more than C, but I still have to go Y (I assume this is done to benefit companies with policies that will pay for discount business if it's less than econ).
Damn you all. Bloody taxpayers, why can't we ever have nice things? It's impossible to attract and retain the best talent when we're just ....cheap on things that help make work somewhat comfortable.
