wow - I hope that this doesn't result in a decline in the generally great customer serviced I've had with AS. Even though they are cutting routes, I still can't believe that there wont' be longer lines at the airports, longer waits on the phones, and higher workloads for remaining staff. I would understand if things don't stay the same but I sure hope they do.
I feel bad for all those affected.... my good friend is in retail and things are no better in her world.
