Who did you call? There's no CRC customer service, as far as I can tell, and every SMS agent I've spoken to about this says all they can do is put a notation in the system.
I just called SMS. They were able to request a resending of the card, and they were able to tell me when it was mailed out.
It took 10 days from the reported mail date for me to get the card (second time). They told me my original card was mailed out 3 weeks after i purchased membership, but that card never turned up
