The 77 story made me smile. As a meeting planner who uses AC, I've pleaded to no avail for over a decade for extra flights for my groups (even over 18 months out and with the cash to boot). Amazing at huge loss of cash to shareholders, they pull another 77 out of the shed and away we go. Agree was the right tihng to do and it's one of the reasons I use AC, but in the last 3 years alone I've given over 1000 revenue seats to American carriers!
