Well, since the OP is connecting from Italy (assuming at least) (s)he could also use any of the Schengen lounges before entering the non-Schengen area in which case I would recommend the newly reopened Silver Wings lounge before exiting the Schengen area. Of course this really depends on how long the connection is, for less than an hour connections I would say skip the Silver Wings and head straight to the aforementioned, non-Schengen one.
