Emergency declared in Lubbock? That's incredible! Lubbock is on the high plains and the regular weather report is dust, more dust, and dust storms. Not to mention the smell that comes mixed with the dust. Yikes. Dallas is between Lubbock and Houston, should I take some action? I'm not really sure what to do except not to water my garden today.
