The online reservation system is quite advanced, and I now prefer to book online as often as possible, which is 99.9%. The system already recognizes status pax when making a booking. They would just have to add emergency rows to seat maps as available at the time of booking. As I said, it could be an extra benefit for status pax with no or very low implementation cost to AC.
