1st call, gave up after 12 mins listening to info about Hertz

2nd call, answered immediately, helpful agent booked as above, asked to call back a couple of hours later for 'taxes'.

3rd call, picked up and immediately rang off.

4th call, helpful agent had 'taxes' calculated, took payment. I asked for immediate ticketing of the SQ flights. Agent replied "Yes, that is a SQ flight, I will get it done immediately." Ticketed the next day.
