Wether it is a day or night flight, they should give amenity kits and PJ's. Also the crew should make your bed up for you.

The limo service is very easy to book online through their booking engine. On arrival in Dubai if you have not booked the service, you can still get a car, but you may have to wait a few minutes. They have a seperate desk for that.
