Actually, according to ba.com, it depends where you look.

Anyway, it's not a BA lounge so BA's policy is not really relevant. The OW pages:

say:

"Sapphire: When travelling on any oneworld member airline, any customer with Sapphire tier status is welcome (with one guest travelling on a flight operated and marketed by a oneworld airline) at any oneworld airlines' pre-flight Business Class and frequent flyer lounges regardless of class of travel."

No mention of same flight, just OW flight.

Perhaps another one for Nicci to help with - either to issue some advisory to the lounges, or see if ba.com can be corrected to be consistent over the lounge/benefits pages (and AskBA). I'll PM her a link to the thread.
