that a frequent traveler would even ask this type of question! Surely, the champagne price is simply being "managed" by CO's own Pricing and Revenue Management department. TPA must be a "smaller" market with less demand than the other markets that you visited on your trip. Therefore, CO can charge a premium for champagne in the TPA market.

What's worse is that I was right behind him, and apparently he got the last $12 glass. Once they poured mine, it was $15. Seeing that it was that much, I only got one.
Of course half an hour later, some lower buckets opened up as they popped open a new bottle, and they were practically giving the stuff away for $8.
