Could you point me to the terms and conditions that state this? The FAQ on CO.COM says "every time you purchase a ticket at continental.com" (without defining "purchase").
No credit has appeared in my account for two reward flights (me and my companion) taken in August, so I'm looking for the rules that would back up my claim.
