I'm shocked that a frequent traveler would even ask this type of question! Surely, the champagne price is simply being "managed" by CO's own Pricing and Revenue Management department. TPA must be a "smaller" market with less demand than the other markets that you visited on your trip. Therefore, CO can charge a premium for champagne in the TPA market.
