You gotta love US...
There are only 30 total Envoy seats installed on the A330, 6 of which are Row 1 (seatguru calls them Envoy Sleeper Class). That leaves 24 "normal" Envoy seats installed. One Envoy seat is blocked for crew rest on TATL flights, leaving only 29 available for purchase/upgrade.
Coach has 259 available seats (after allowing for the crew rest seats).
Seatguru has it basically right - US gave you 1.5 year old information, from the old configuration.
