Same here...no offer at all! I think it is because an overseas 1K member, and I am seriously considering giving my business to AA instead. I even talked to UA supervisors at the Paris City Office about it, as they take away one benefit after the other (waving of fees when changing a restricted fare, no more free Red Carpet Club membership, upgrade certificates only valid on H fares or higher etc etc...) and now you all say they offer all those incentives to US residents and nothing for us, overseas members...it is not fair at all!!!
