Understandably frustrating, but I would rather be flying a plane that's definetly safe than not...
You paid to get from A to B & they delivered, just not as consistently as normal. Emirates are obliged to make a plane safe...
I wouldn't go & moan about Emirates until you've experience enough of the good & bad to make a fair judgement.
Reagarding the thread title, I reckon Emirates have a good reputation due to their very adapt marketing strategy...
