I just had 15A a few days ago on both flights 895/896 (HKG-SIN-HKG) and have to say I didn't mind facing backward at all. However, in two weeks I'll be flying SFO-HKG in the new config and have 16A. As noted in a previous post, space-wise there's really no difference between the seats, but the upper deck is still preferable in my mind.
