I will have a 3 hour transit between a transcon flight on my way within the region. Also, Im shocked that Priority Pass does not have any lounges in this airport. Ill be flying on LH/OZ so will be able to use the Star Alliance lounge, but would like to be able to visit the KAL lounge as a ST Elite Plus. Guess I cant get in though since Im not flying on SkyTeam

It’s 1,000yen. That’s more than the 450yen that most sentos cost, but it does include access to the sauna and towels to use, so not a bad deal, it’s pretty much what any sento would cost if you bought the entire package. Unfortunately, the sauna takes a while to warm up, so those who need to use the facilities early can’t. There's a deck where you can stand naked and see the aircraft, and aircraft spectators.
Everything is provided except for a comb and toothpaste/brush. So much better than an airport lounge!
I was the first person in a few months ago, here’s my own photo of the ladies' side:

There are several baths with different attributes, including an electric bath which gives the sensation of pins and needles.
Unfortunately, you still need to clear customs after.
But if you still want some more pampering before your flight you should be able to find these near your gate
