Definitely. However, be cautious about cheapest fare <> Systemwide usage.

Also would I earn 100% of the miles flown or 70% of the miles flown. The NH flight code only earns 70 % of the miles.
Referring to what I mentioned above, I think mileage awarding is based on the metal flown and affinity program on which miles were accrued. So, if you're flying as an MP member on UA metal, I believe you're in for full benefits--100% mileage bonus as well as your 1P bonus. But hopefully we'll get some more confirmation on this.

Are you around 997,000 lifetime miles? Because once you fly to KIX, you'll get million miler status = 1P for life.
