I understand that HNL-KIX is operated by United and United codeshares with ANA(NH). If I buy a ticket that has an ANA(NH) flight number, would I earn 70% of the miles or 100% of the miles? Also I have an PremEx membership which gives me 100% bounus miles. If I buy an ANA(NH) ticket but operated by United, would I also earn the bounus miles and ecconomy plus seatings? Also would SWU work? Also anyone flown this route since it started this year? How was it?
