It varies slightly due to the tradewinds... I think my parents return last January took slightly under 5 hours...
It is interesting about the scheduling... I think I was looking at a departure in May/June 09 and saw it departed at 1:30 PM as well...
I would put zero stock in a flight schedule this far out. Wouldn't be surprised to see your flight, and the OP's, moved back to the 1:50 departure time. AS made a big deal when they switched the schedule to the 1:50 time, as many people were complaining about limited connections past HNL with the late arrival time there.
