Naaaah, just somegood ol' ceviche will do fine for me. Last time I was there in March, I made it a point to find the best ceviche on the island. I think I had it twice/day.

Mango's, about 2 blocks from the San Pedro airport has some great food. I don't eat ceviche due to a shellfish allergy but their tacos, mojitos, and salsa were fantastic. ^ ^
