Can we add ex-Starwood bars?

The old W in Sydney (now a Taj) has a brilliant bar. I used to go there long before I ever knew what a "Starwood" was!

As for current Starwood bars...

W Union Square
Underbar - not bad. Decent crowd. 7/10 for a nightspot. Prefer the Gansevoort though.

Westin DFW
More of a sports bar, but a nice relaxed place for a quiet drink to de-stress (which, being an airport hotel, can be very applicable!) Very friendly/generous bartenders. 7/10 for a sports bar.

Can't think of any other Starwood bars that are particularly memorable in the US at the moment.
