You should have no problem using it with the PP rate, as long as you don't use the Buy One Get One or 25% Rate certificate for the same nights. I have used it in Singapore and the IC Hong Kong when they allowed AUS/NZ members to get the 10% discount. I plan to use it with the PP Advance rate in Perth this November.

As to your question, negotiated rates such as PP, AAA, Corporate, etc. are not considered a promotion or offer.
