You will need to phone Virgin, but they are good. I've not spoken to anyone outside the UK when buying tickets and it's always been straightforward.

The numbers are different based on your class of travel:

Reservations: 0870 380 2007
Upper Class Reservations: 0870 190 9090

For UK. For other countries it's +44 870 etc etc
