Some of the 'stan' countries have very caucasian-looking people, even Afghanistan has tribes of caucasian-looking people.
Racial profiling is nonsense - most of the people who've attacked the US in one form or another are red/white/blue Americans.
And all of it doesn't matter anyway. As has been pointed out:
1) you are statistically more likely to commit suicide than to die of a terror attack, so it is literally true that the guy in the mirror is a bigger threat than OBL
2) you are statistically more likely to die of a lightning strike
3) more people die in car accidents every year than ever died of terror incidents in 5000 years of recorded human history
Terror could increase 1000% and it would still be a statistically insignificant source of danger. Even if we had a 9-11 attack every month, that would still be a small fraction of the number killed in road accidents. Yet nobody freaks out about cars.
"Terror" is a big hoax.
