Even the REALLY nice helpful phone agents I have had this year baulk at this. THEY say that this is realllly frowned upon by the company, and it will likely trigger a please explain from somewhere ... to them.
Some instances I have had were equally as silly as the one above, but last year or so there does seem to have been a big push to discourage this.
A couple years back it used to happen (for me) fairly often if you asked nicely and inventory looked good.
