Digital Camera or Device with password to capture documents
Good day,
My office is looking for a device to capture information from paper documents. The documents are in files of varying size and disassembling the file is not an easy option.
The images have to be password protected due to HIPAA ( Health Industry Security)
Image stabilization for clarity.
Close focus range

Any other thing that I should be aware of?

The Sony T 700 seems quite good to serve the purpose.

Anyone with suggestions / comments ?
