I believe zed fare arrangements are for employees only. However, some ticketing agents will allow dependents.
Pass riders who are eligible include:
Employee and Retiree
Spouse
Same Sex Spouse/Domestic Partner- if eligible according to the individual agreement.
Minor Dependent Children under age 23
Parents – if eligible according to the individual agreement, pay ZED high fares
