Priceline?
Just curious - did you book the St. Francis using something like Priceline? I've heard of folks with rooms through priceline get the old rooms and aren't allowed to be switched. If you did, maybe that outweighed any status you have with SPG.
If you didn't, then I'm totally in the dark about it.
