Since you already received CO credits for the flight, albeit via Delta, I wouldn't expect to receive anything more than that. If the routing was shorter (e.g. EWR-SEA-ANC instead of EWR-IAH-ANC) you'd have a reason to get the additional credit. Otherwise you've already received credit on your OP account for the one ticket number and I would not expect any more.

If they had rerouted you onto a non-SkyTeam partner you probably would've been able to get credit on them and the CO credit, but you won't get double credit on CO.
