Does OnePass offer Original Routing Credit?

Does OnePass offer Original Routing Credit?

Other airlines offer original routing credit (ORC) if you are put onto another airline's flights due to various circumstances. In such a circumstance you can get mileage credits (for both the miles/bonus miles and EQMs - elite qualifying miles) on both the airline of your original paid itinerary and the new one, due to the trip interruption manifest (TIM) (as used by Continental) or voluntary / involuntary flight reroute (terms used by most airlines).

In my case, CO gave me a TIM and put me on DL flights from Europe to the US.
DL was not able to provide me a true receipt, just a trip itinerary and DL resvn code. I made a photo of the TIM, to keep as evidence, as one of the DL flights required me to hand in this paper coupon (looks like an old fashioned plane ticket, except for saying TIM). It has both a TIM and my original ticket serial numbers on it; all CO 005....numbers.

I gave DL my OnePass number for the flights I was rerouted on by CO and in 1-2 days the mileage credits/bonuses and 150% of the mileage towards EQM (as rebooking code was Y) posted to my my CO OnePass account. I would only have gotten 100% on the orig CO ticket based on non H Y coach fare.
So far, so good.

I called CO via the Platinum number and the OnePass agent said CO will NOT give both OnePass original routing credit and credit for the DL flights that I was rerouted to. I got cutoff trying to reach a supervisor. Called back and the next OnePass person said she was a supervisor. She said that even if UA and AA do this (I think DL will as well), CO OP does not give ORC in this circumstance.

I think the issue might be getting OP credits for both CO and partner flights which are at the same time. She did not indicate that if CO had rerouted to a non partner airline, that this would be an issue (i.e. ORC would be provided).

Did I mess up by giving DL my OP number?
Should CO offer ORC credit, in addition to the credits for the airline I was rerouted to (rerouting done by CO)?
If no, how can I get the miles posted to DL Skymiles, since the boarding passes clearly state my CO OP number and Skyteam Elite Status?

Thanx
