3 of my HP stays during the FFN window have just posted.
Not a single one posted with the proper Gx bonus or with the Mastercard designation. In each case, I stood at the kiosk and input my G2 bonus after swiping my Mastercard. On my first stay, I checked at the front desk. 3 - yes 3 - employees had absolutely no idea where to check to be sure that the Gx bonus was properly input. Yes, I got it all straightened out by calling Customer Service today - but it shouldn't require this.
