I forgot to note in my review that even though an upgrade was not available that the hotel seemed conspicuously empty. I think I saw maybe 2 other guests when I was there. In addition the shower didn't have the typical dual showerhead that I've been accustomed to at most Sheratons and certainly newer Starwood hotels. It was also placed so low that even I, of average male height, had to duck down to get my hair wet. If you're a tall guy/gal I'm sure you'll find this plenty cumbersome!
