Help reading a Sabre reservation

(Not sure if this is the correct forum, so please move this post if necessary.)

My credit card number was recently stolen. I've been reimbursed for all of the charges except one for which my credit card company says they received an itinerary "proving" I made the charge. The charge is a reservation for air travel made with my name.

I have a copy of the reservation. It appears to be a printout of the Sabre View Window and most of the information is in cryptic travel-code speak. I've deciphered the destination/origin cities - they are CCS and POS, two cities I've never even been near. But I can't figure out where it says the name of the passenger. I'm also trying to tell if there's any other information on the itinerary that can help prove that I did not make this charge.

I also have a few charges on the same credit card made during the supposed dates of travel, but from my home city. I would think that's obvious enough (how could I be in POS if I am making charges at local businesses in DFW?) but I'm looking for a little more evidence so I don't have to keep going back and forth on this.

Can anyone help me decipher the Sabre reservation?
