I had a trip scheduled for this past Friday (Sept 5) staying at the LHR Marriott. I canceled the hotel room on August 26th. I received a confirmation from Marriott that I canceled the reservation, however I see on my Marriott Rewards account one more night added...and one night charged on my credit card.
Question..has this ever happened to anyone else?
Also, who I call, Marriott reservations, Elite Line (I'm a gold member), or the hotel directly?
