I agree they are pretty darn good. The lady was friendly to the guy, just explained that if he wanted to be on the list, the chances were slim. He acted peeved about the whole ordeal, which I thought was not necessary. After all, why didn't he request his upgrade when booking? Maybe he did, but I was not impressed with his attitude in regards to asking to be put on the list.
Can EXP request an upgrade when printing boarding pass at one of the self service machines?
