Just at PHL the other day I witnessed an EXP complaning in the AC about being added to the list. The lady patiently explained that 14 of the 16 FC seats had checked in, and there were already 30 people on the UG list. He processed to demand to be added, jumping to #5. At the gate, I didn't see a single person clear from the list.
Knowing the AC staff at PHL pretty well, you'd have had to REALLY tick them off to get that kind of response. They are, hands down, the best I've experienced in the system.
