I have some AA miles I'd like to burn from when I used to be with AAdvantage.

Does anyone have a link to the All-Partner Award Terms & Conditions (using a single, non-AA airline). I can't seem to find anything on aa.com and the sticky only seems to refer to the oneworld award.

In articular I'd like to know if

1) Changes to date/ time are possible before and after any sectors are flown
2) Does the above work as a change or as a cancel and rebook?
3) Any fees involved
4) Similarly for a change of route (but not carrier)
