Hi,

I received an email from "United ECO" about an upcoming flight.

However, the ticket is in paid first class (booking code A), and I hold confirmed seats in First class.

What does ECO mean? Is it short for economy?

Or is it some acronym for something? Quite confusing to get an email like that.
