Today, I made a Business Select reservation and used $5.50 in Ticketless Travel funds when making the reservation. I just canceled it, and instead of $190.50 being offered as a refund with $5.50 nonrefundable, it gave me the option of refunding the full $196. Pleasant surprise, and just thought I'd let the FT community know.
