AY005 is HEL-JFK, not JFK-MOS (which I have never heard of).

If you mean Moscow, the city code is MOW, or you could use the proper airport code.

AY005 is codeshared on AA as AA6181

You do not need the AA codeshare flight number to get AA credit.

A copy of your boarding should be all that is necessary.
